• For Staff Nurse : B. Sc. Nursing/ GNM Course passed from Govt. recognized institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council and registered with “Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council”.
• For ANM : ANM nursing course passed from Govt. recognized institution and registered with “Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council”
• Nationality : Indian
